- Prepare of Margarine.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of Sugar.

How to make Nigerian Doughnut instructions
- Sift flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Add sugar and margarine, and rub into the flour.
- Add the yeast and mix together well.
- Make a well in the flour and pour the beaten egg followed by warm milk.
- Mix together until u form a dough.
- Turn dough out on a flour surface, knead for about 15 minutes.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover and place the dough in warm place, leave for about 1 hour.
- After an hour need the dough again for few minutes.
- Roll out the dough for about 1.5cm thickness.
- Cut out circles of dough.
- Cut out the centre of the circles.
- Cover and put somewhere warm for 20 minute.
- Heat some oil in a large pan.
- Add the doughnuts, fry for two minutes on each side.
